Open Access and Copyright Policy

The International Journal on Special Education and Parenting (IJSEP) is an open access journal. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication, without subscription charges or access barriers. IJSEP is committed to ensuring wide dissemination of research, thereby increasing its visibility, accessibility, and academic impact.

Copyright and Licensing

Upon acceptance and publication, the copyright of all articles is transferred to IJSEP. The journal holds the publishing rights while allowing authors to use their work for non-commercial purposes with proper citation. In exceptional cases, and upon sufficient cause, the Editorial Board may consider releasing copyright back to the author(s).

All published articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). Under this license, users are permitted to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material.

Conditions:

  • Attribution — Proper credit must be given to the author(s), the article title, and IJSEP as the original source.
  • Non Commercial — The material may not be used for commercial purposes.

Author Rights

Authors may use their published work for non-commercial scholarly purposes, including academic presentations, teaching, inclusion in theses or dissertations, and self-archiving in institutional repositories, provided proper acknowledgment is given to IJSEP.

Journal Responsibilities
